Privacy

Edamonis LTD is responsible for your data. We only use what you send us (form, email, call booking) to reply, prepare a quote and, if you become a client, run and invoice your project. Basis: your request, our contract, our legal obligations and our legitimate interest. We keep enquiries 12 months and client records 6 years, and never sell your data.

Providers: Creatium (hosting, Russia), Formspree (form, US), our email provider, Calendly (bookings, US), Vimeo (videos, US), Bunny.net (media, EU), Google (fonts and Creatium’s anti-spam check, US) and Umami (anonymous statistics, EU). Outside the UK and EU, we rely on standard contractual clauses or the Data Privacy Framework where required.

You can access, correct, delete or get a copy of your data, or object to its use: info@edamonis.com. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk) or, in the EU, your local authority (in France, the CNIL).

Cookies

No advertising cookies. Our host counts visits with two cookies, creatium-stat-cookie-hash (12 months) and visit_id (until you close your browser). They only serve our visit statistics, so no banner is needed; you can block them in your browser settings. Umami uses no cookies. Vimeo loads only when you press play and may set its own cookies, as Calendly may on the booking page. “Remember my choice” on a video is stored on your device.
